HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT FOR MY ITEMS TO ARRIVE?
Please understand that delivery time frame may be longer now due to restrictions and checkpoints that couriers have to go through.
With this, please expect:
METRO MANILA – 2 to 7 days
LUZON, VISAYAS, MINDANAO – 3 to 10 days
REMOTE AREAS – 5 to 15 days
**No order processing during SATURDAY and SUNDAY. Orders in weekend will be processed on the next MONDAY.**
We will process your order within the next 24hrs after you have placed your order. The package will then be shipped out to couriers for delivery. Please expect to receive Tracking Number by that timeframe.
Please take note that we are not responsible for any delays the courier may cause. However, send us a message on our facebook page if you have concerns regarding with your package. We will gladly assist you in tracking your package.
Please understand that we have no control over the courier. We can only contact them for you to get the status. We have to rely on the couriers for immediate delivery of your package.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? HOW?
We upgraded our system. Now, we process orders the next day after you placed your order and will be shipped out to couriers. We no longer send confirmation messages unless you placed multiple items in one order placement. This is to make whole process of delivery faster and convenient for both parties.
If you change your mind, please consider reaching us ahead of time within the day you've placed your order. In any case, we are afraid that you cannot cancel your order anymore.

WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
1. You input INCORRECT address. Please make sure you input your right, updated and complete address.
2. You're UNRESPONSIVE to our invoice/order confirmation message (in the case of having multiple items in one order placement). The day after you placed an order, you'll receive an ORDER Confirmation from us thru SMS/E-mail. If the confirmation is not made, our logistics will try to contact you again within the next 2 days. If still no confirmation, we will cancel your order right away and your item will not be processed. You'll get notified accordingly.
3. Failed delivery attempts. Couriers will make a maximum of three(3) attempts to deliver your package. However, after giving their best to send you your package, and still failed at the third attempt, the courier will then determine that your package is undelivered. Your package will be sent back to us.
DOES THE PRODUCT COMES WITH A WARRANTY?
